1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the V-Armed website at v-armed.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all visitors, prospective clients, and anyone who accesses or uses the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

2. About V-Armed

V-Armed is a New York-based virtual reality technology company that designs and delivers immersive training systems for law enforcement, military, first responders, and government agencies. V-Armed operates as a subsidiary of Animated Storyboards, Ltd. and is an approved vendor of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

The Site serves as an informational and lead generation resource. It is not a consumer-facing e-commerce platform. All product engagements, system deployments, and service agreements are governed by separate written contracts entered into between V-Armed and the client organization.

3. Use of the Site

Permitted Use. You may use the Site for lawful purposes related to evaluating, researching, or inquiring about V-Armed’s virtual reality training products and services. The Site is intended for use by professionals in law enforcement, military, government, first responder, and related institutional roles.

Prohibited Use. You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable federal, state, or local regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, its servers, or any systems connected to the Site
Transmit any harmful, disruptive, or malicious code, scripts, or software
Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site without express written consent from V-Armed
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any organization, including any law enforcement or government agency
Use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its functionality
Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Site without prior written authorization

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, video content, software, training scenario concepts, and the V-Armed brand identity — is the exclusive property of V-Armed and/or Animated Storyboards, Ltd. and is protected by applicable U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

Nothing on this Site shall be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark, logo, or proprietary content without the express prior written consent of V-Armed.

You may not reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, transmit, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Site for commercial purposes without written authorization.

5. Demo Requests and Inquiry Forms

Submitting a demo request or contact form through the Site does not constitute a binding agreement, contract, or commitment by V-Armed to provide services. All submissions are subject to review and follow-up by V-Armed personnel. V-Armed reserves the right to decline any inquiry at its sole discretion.

Any information you provide through the Site’s forms will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Products and Services

All descriptions of V-Armed’s VR training systems — including the V-Armed Full Scale System, V-Armed Portable System, and Custom Design services — are provided for informational purposes only. Product specifications, pricing, availability, and deployment requirements are subject to change without notice and are confirmed only through formal written agreements.

Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer to sell or deliver any product or service.

7. Government and Institutional Clients

V-Armed serves federal, state, and local government agencies, law enforcement departments, and military branches. Engagements with government entities are governed by applicable procurement regulations and the terms of any applicable government contracts. These Terms of Service apply solely to use of this public-facing website and do not modify or supersede any existing interagency agreements, DHS vendor agreements, or government contract terms.

8. Third-Party Links and Partners

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including partner organizations such as the LAPD, NYPD, LSU National Center for Biomedical Research and Training, and press outlets including ABC7, Unreal Engine, and Police1. These links are provided for informational purposes only.

V-Armed does not control, endorse, or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party sites from links on the V-Armed Site is done at your own risk.

9. Disclaimers

No Warranties. The Site and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Accuracy. V-Armed makes reasonable efforts to ensure that information on the Site is accurate and current, but makes no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of any content. Training outcomes, system performance data, and partner references are provided for illustrative purposes.

Availability. V-Armed does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, V-Armed, its parent company Animated Storyboards, Ltd., and their respective officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content — even if V-Armed has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall V-Armed’s total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Site exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless V-Armed, Animated Storyboards, Ltd., and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

V-Armed reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

14. Termination

V-Armed reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and V-Armed with respect to your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings relating to that subject matter.
